OK, so I don’t actually blog a regular “Quote for the Week” but if I did this would be one of them. 

Stated fellow CompTIA smb Summit boardroom member Damon Richards yesterday during a discusson on customer retention:

A happy customer with a broken computer is better than an unhappy customer with a working computer.
