Getting Out The Word

Sometimes putting a “We are OPEN” sign in your front window is a good idea.  I like this blog posting I picked up this morning on my Google Alerts from a small IT shop in Lewisville.  I’m not sure if it will drive business or not but how much did a simple think like this posting really cost in time and money?  I would bet that if this same creative fellow SBSC were to do one thing like this a day for the next 6 months, he (or she) would be buried in prospects.

 

I’m giving this Carolinian a 7 out of 10 for effort.   Would have been a 9 but the contact info (http://www.optimalstate.com) was missing.   What have you done this year to market your company?  Any good ideas you care to share?

  2. You’re being a bit unfair… his contact info is definitely at http://www.optimalstate.com (at least his email address and phone number). Plus he’s proclaimed on his blog that he’s from Lewisville, which is amazing when compared to the vast majority of SBSC’s web sites that don’t have even one clue about what geographical region they serve.
