Kudos’ to Microsoft UK for articulating a simple and clear definition for the public to understand who or what a Microsoft Small Business Specialist is. If you are an SBSC I suggest you read this clear definition and consider paraphrasing some of this definition into your marketing message. As a community we all need to work to communicate to the public a clear message that gives value to the Blue Badge.
