Autotask Releases an SBSC Exclusive Power Pack
January 18, 2008 – 10:17 pmBob Godgart, CEO of Autotask, publicly announced at the NC Triad SBS Group Meeting this past Tuesday the coming release 
of an SBSC Power Pack that will be available for $199 or FREE to Autotask’s SBSC customers. This Power Pack, due out by the end of January, will include customized Autotask database content designed for SBSCs by SBSCs such as Best Practice Speed Codes for quick ticket creation, customized Service Desk Work Flow Rules, customized Notification Templates and much more. Pro customers can also utilize the three pre-loaded Project Templates that include full MS Project based phases and tasks for planning and deploying Microsoft Response Point, WSS or SBS 2003.

This is great new. We are currenly implementing Auto task and it been great, proposal, project quote etc and now SBSC Power pack.

It appears that it is not available. I can’t seem to find it anywhere, Autotask won’t answer on their support site, and nobody seems to know anything about it.
